Riverside Wharf Project in Downtown Miami Set for Groundbreaking in Late 2024

In collaboration with MV Real Estate Holdings and Merrimac Ventures, Driftwood Capital has announced the anticipated groundbreaking timeframe for downtown Miami’s Riverside Wharf project.
The construction is scheduled to commence in the latter half of 2024; the $267 million development is poised to be a transformative addition to the area’s landscape, including a Dream Hotel among its features.
The project’s location within an Opportunity Zone allows it to leverage EB-5 capital sourced through Driftwood Capital’s affiliate, the EB-5 Regional Center.
Driftwood, a dynamic player in the industry, is concurrently pursuing three other diverse projects, each a testament to our expertise and capacity. These include Element by Westin in Melbourne, Element by Westin in Mission Valley San Diego, and the Westin Resort & Spa in Cocoa Beach.
