The Residences at Shell Bay is a joint venture between Witkoff Group and PPG Development. The project’s architecture is led by Kobi Karp, while AvroKO—known for 1 Hotel Central Park and The Ritz-Carlton NoMad—curates the interiors. G.T. McDonald Enterprises serves as builder, and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales representative.
