Showfields is bringing a new retail concept to Lincoln Road

Miami’s famed Lincoln Road will be getting a Showfields, a famous New York City retailer, in May. The store will bridge the gap between physical stores and online vendors, allowing online brands to have showrooms inside the store without the risks and costs of opening their space.

The store’s concept includes indoor and outdoor restaurants, a bar, a theater for live performances, a tattoo parlor, piercing stations, and an area for art installations. The retail chain will be located at 530 Lincoln Road.

Swedish watch brand Daniel Wellington and beauty brand Each & Every, with other 40 to 50 different brands will be featured in the store, according to Showfields. 

Brandon Singer and Michael Cody of Cushman & Wakefield, Sara Wolfe of Koniver Stern Group, and Aaron Butler and Daniel Cardenas of Avenue Real Estate Partners worked on the transaction.
