Superstar quarterback Tom Brady, an imminent addition to the Hall of Fame, is forging ahead with his plans to construct a lavish waterfront mansion in South Florida. Notably, this upscale residence will be situated just across the waterway from the home of his former spouse, supermodel Gisele Bündchen.
Brady’s opulent estate is nestled within the exclusive and securely gated enclave of Indian Creek Village. The architectural blueprints, exclusively obtained by The Real Deal, reveal a striking design that includes a separate gym (a given for an athlete of Brady’s caliber), a well-appointed study, a picturesque waterfront pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, meticulously landscaped gardens, and a grand tree-lined driveway that gracefully leads to a spacious motor court featuring a multi-car garage. The renderings also showcase private terraces for the primary and guest suites, adding an extra touch of luxury.
The football legend, boasting an illustrious seven Super Bowl championships, acquired the 2-acre plot at 26 Indian Creek Island Road nearly three years ago in collaboration with Bündchen. The property transaction was executed through an LLC affiliated with Jeff Soffer’s Fontainebleau Development. The close friendship between Soffer and Brady is worth noting, with Soffer residing next door at 27 Indian Creek Island Road.
In 2021, Fontainebleau Construction initiated the construction process by filing two commencement notices for the lot. The architectural plans outline a magnificent two-story residence with a security building, a fully equipped gym, a relaxing cabana, a stunning pool, and a versatile sports court.
Indian Creek has long been a haven for ultra-wealthy business magnates and celebrities, and the allure continues to draw new members to this prestigious community. For instance, billionaire Jeff Bezos made headlines in June by acquiring a property on the island for a substantial $68 million, intending to replace it with his vision. DJ and producer David Guetta is also poised to make a significant entrance, with plans to purchase a waterfront spec estate at 37 Indian Creek Island Drive, listed at $69 million.
