The Cipriani Brothers Unveil West Palm Beach’s Premier Residences Associated with a Hotel Brand

South Florida is poised for yet another remarkable real estate venture as the esteemed Cipriani family, renowned for the success of the fully sold-out Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, unveils West Palm Beach’s inaugural hotel-branded residences. Collaborating with Terra and Arquitectonica, brothers Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani are commencing the construction of a 25-story condominium under the prestigious Mr. C brand, strategically located at 320 Lakeview Ave. This distinctive project will feature a 110-room hotel alongside 146 private residences, with pricing commencing at $2 million. Landscape Design Workshop and Meyer Davis have been enlisted for landscaping and interior design.
Ignazio expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Mr. C embodies a contemporary interpretation of timeless sensibilities, and my brother and I take great pride in introducing this exciting new location to our expanding brand. We are delighted to once again align our vision with Terra, whose partnership and professionalism we highly value, and to forge a new relationship with Sympatico, a name well-regarded in the South Florida market.”
The sophisticated tower will present residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, 830 to 2,200 square feet. Depending on the floor, part-time residents and investors seeking to offset expenses can include their homes in the hotel’s rental program.
The property will feature various amenities, including a fitness center, spa, yoga studio, co-working lounge, dog run, and bocce court. The resort-style pool deck will include cabanas, a children’s playground, and a barbecue area. Hotel guests can indulge in a Bellini café and restaurant, a library, a rooftop pool, and a jacuzzi.
David Martin, CEO of Terra, emphasized the allure of Downtown West Palm Beach, describing it as one of South Florida’s most vibrant and rapidly growing neighborhoods. He noted, “Having experienced strong sales at our Mr. C Residences project in Coconut Grove, we are excited to collaborate again with Ignazio and Maggio for our firm’s inaugural development in West Palm Beach.”
The Cipriani brothers, operators of Mr. C hotels in Miami, Beverly Hills, and New York City, have recently expanded their residential portfolio to include Dubai. The West Palm Beach project is slated to commence early next year, with completion anticipated in 2026. Douglas Elliman leads the sales efforts, with the launch expected in November.
