The Delmore Surfside Sales Gallery Now Open

DAMAC International has opened the sales gallery for The Delmore Surfside, a 12-story, ultra-luxury condominium coming to 8777 Collins Avenue in Surfside, Florida.

Located off-site at 301 71st Street in Miami Beach, the 4,500-square-foot gallery offers a fully immersive experience. Upon entering, visitors walk beneath a digital ceiling screen that showcases the building’s signature 75-foot translucent rooftop pool. A virtual swimmer glides through the water, creating a stunning visual effect.

“This is a spectacular project that truly comes to life in person,” said Tara West, Sales Director. “As soon as brokers and prospective buyers walk in, they’ll feel the exclusivity and elegance that will define life at The Delmore Surfside.”

Each of the 37 residences includes private elevator foyers and comes fully finished. Four- and five-bedroom layouts start at $15 million, with an average price of $40 million. Most units offer around 7,000 square feet, while penthouses start at 10,000 square feet.

The Delmore will also feature high-end amenities designed for wellness and leisure. Residents will enjoy a rooftop deck, state-of-the-art fitness center, serene meditation garden, and a Michelin-starred restaurant on-site.

Douglas Elliman serves as the exclusive sales agent. The development is scheduled for completion in 2029.
