The Gallery on The River: Related Group Introduces Another Project
September 7, 2019Miami-based developer, The Related Group, might include another project to its portfolio, this time with The Gallery on The River on area owned by Miami-Dade County. The tower will feature 160 units, to which 11 will be destined for public housing.
Related proposed to pay $40,000 per year for rent for the lot over 75 years, simultaneously with a one-time payment of $400,000 and an annual 4% increases.
The 1.6-acre site is located at 401 NW North River Drive, across from the popular Garcia’s Seafood restaurant on the Miami River. The Miami-Dade Housing, Social Services & Economic Dev. Committee will vote on the lease on September 9th.
