The Perigon, a landmark of ultra-luxury living in Miami Beach, has reached a significant construction milestone with the completion of its first hydrostatic concrete slab pour. The complex operation spanned approximately nine continuous hours and involved 520 cubic yards of concrete, 60 tons of reinforcing steel, and 60 truckloads of material. Developed by Mast Capital and Starwood Capital, this high-profile beachfront property is on track for completion in 2027.

Marking a first for Miami Beach, The Perigon is the debut residential project in the area by the world-renowned architecture firm OMA, led by visionary Rem Koolhaas. The tower is designed in a distinctive diamond-shaped form and will feature 73 expansive residences with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located at 5333 Collins Avenue in the prestigious Mid-Beach neighborhood, the development sits on two pristine acres nestled between Indian Creek and the ocean, offering a rare blend of exclusivity, tranquility, and beachfront access.
