The project 1212 Lincoln started its vertical construction
March 2, 2019The five-story project, 1212 Lincoln, on South Beach, has ongoing vertical construction; the project spans an entire block of Alton Road, at the intersection of Lincoln Road.
1212 Lincoln is being developed with a pedestrian-friendly design; the lower two levels will have a food hall style space, with various beverage and food outlets, alongside retail.
The project will also count with a CitizenM Hotel and a Wells Fargo Bank (the existing Wells Fargo Bank will be demolished).
