The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami Surpass $1 Billion in Sales as South Tower Reaches 50% Sold
May 22, 2025The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami—a visionary project by Swire Properties and internationally acclaimed architects Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF)—has reached a significant milestone, surpassing $1 billion in sales. Since its launch last year, the development’s South Tower is now 50% sold, a testament to its global appeal and its rare location on the final developable site of Brickell Key, one of Miami’s most prestigious enclaves.
In addition to the strong residential sales, Swire Properties has unveiled the first look at the highly anticipated Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel, which will serve as the brand’s new flagship in North America. This luxury hotel will be located in the North Tower of the development, which will also include a new collection of residences set to launch later this year.
The entire property will offer an unmatched lifestyle experience with 100,000 square feet of resort-style amenities, artfully integrated into a lush, multi-tiered podium designed by renowned Thai landscape architecture firm Shma.
The project represents the final opportunity to own a new residence on exclusive Brickell Key. The two towers blend world-class architecture and interiors with the legendary service of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
The South Tower will feature 228 residences with interiors designed by celebrated Parisian designer Tristan Auer. The North Tower will be home to the new Mandarin Oriental hotel, with 66 private residences and 28 hotel-branded residences.
Fortune Development Sales is the exclusive sales and marketing partner for The Residences. Current prices begin at $4.9 million, and project completion is anticipated in 2030.
