Update: Construction Progress at Ritz Carlton Residences Sunny Isles; 3rd Penthouse Just Sold For $20m

While construction is at full throttle at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach, another penthouse residence was just sold for $19,750,000 this week. Now there is only one penthouse left, out of four, in the 52-story tower. Since the start of 2019, there has been an uptick in sales activity in the Sunny Isles Beach area, including the $18.5 million sales of a penthouse at Jade Signature.

The unit PH49/#4903 will feature five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, as well as a garden terrace with a private pool and summer kitchen. At nearly 7,700 square feet, the unit is being sold at a price of almost $2,600 per square foot.

The buyer is undisclosed.

Arquitectonica is the design company responsible for the project, with Chateau Group and Fortune International as developers.
