Villa Miami Triplex Revealed: $55M Three-Story Estate in the Sky Designed by Vicky Charles

A Landmark Residence Above Biscayne Bay
The Villa Miami triplex marks one of the most ambitious luxury residences ever introduced to the city, unveiling a $55 million, three-story estate crowning Biscayne Bay.
Visionary Developers Behind the Project
The tower is being developed by Terra, led by David Martin, alongside One Thousand Group and Major Food Group. Together, the teams have created a bold fusion of architecture and hospitality. As a result, Villa Miami offers a highly curated, low-density environment with just 70 residences.
Rising 650 feet above Biscayne Bay, the building is set to become a new architectural landmark. It features a copper-colored exoskeleton designed by ODP Architects. In addition, a rooftop helipad further elevates the tower’s profile.
Design Philosophy by Vicky Charles
“This triplex represents the caliber of residences today’s Miami buyers are seeking,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. He emphasized the level of refinement Vicky Charles brings to the project. According to Martin, the home delivers the scale and privacy of a single-family estate—spread across three levels in the sky.
Charles drew inspiration from mid-century Italian villas and the surrounding waters of Biscayne Bay. Known for designing private estates for the Beckhams and the Clooneys, she brings warmth and depth to the interiors. Notably, this marks her first condominium tower project in Miami.
Upon arrival, residents encounter a sculptural spiral staircase. Meanwhile, diamond-patterned stone, ambient lighting, and hand-applied plaster walls set a refined tone throughout the home.
Interior Details and Estate-Scale Amenities
“Every aspect of this project feels deeply personal,” said Charles. “We approached each detail through a true luxury lens.” As a result, the residence features distinctive marbles, custom patterns, and highly curated amenities.
Priced at $55 million, the fully finished and furnished triplex spans 12,752 interior square feet. It also includes 2,069 square feet of outdoor space and a private entry foyer. The home offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms.
In addition, estate-level amenities include two full kitchens, a private pool, a gym, and a spa suite. The residence also features a private elevator, staff quarters, and two laundry rooms.
Three Levels Designed for Living and Entertaining
The first level centers on the dramatic spiral staircase and two-story bay views. It includes the primary suite, two additional bedrooms, an office, and a family room. Furthermore, a corner study with a built-in bar and a recreation room enhance the layout.
The second level focuses on entertaining. A chef’s kitchen opens into the great room and formal dining area. Meanwhile, a hidden butler’s kitchen, wine cellar, and staff quarters support seamless hosting.
The top level serves as a private wellness and leisure deck. It features an infinity pool, gym, sauna, steam and massage rooms, and multiple lounges. Two covered outdoor areas complete the experience.
“This residence defines luxury entertaining,” Charles added. “It truly stands apart.”
Market Demand and Buyer Profile
“This triplex reflects where Miami’s luxury market stands today,” said Kevin Venger of One Thousand Group. Buyers now prioritize space, privacy, and lifestyle. Consequently, this residence meets those demands in a singular way.
Villa Miami has already drawn strong interest from domestic and international buyers. Prospective residents hail from the Northeast, California, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. The buyer pool includes CEOs, professional athletes, and senior executives in finance and technology.
A Branded Lifestyle by Major Food Group
Villa Miami marks Major Food Group’s first branded residential tower. The team behind CARBONE and ZZ’s Club curated every aspect of the lifestyle offering. At the center is The Copper Club, a three-level private amenity suite with dining rooms, lounges, a screening room, and wellness facilities.
On the ground floor, a waterfront restaurant by Major Food Group will offer residents VIP access and priority seating. As a result, hospitality becomes a core part of daily life at Villa Miami.
Proven Developers with Iconic Track Records
Villa Miami also represents the first partnership between Terra and One Thousand Group. Terra recently delivered Five Park Miami Beach and Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove. Its portfolio also includes Eighty Seven Park and Park Grove.
Meanwhile, One Thousand Group is known for One Thousand Museum, Ten Museum Park, and Regalia on the Ocean. Together, the firms bring a proven legacy of landmark luxury developments to Biscayne Bay.
