Stern Architects, the residence seamlessly blends the dazzling fusion of Art Deco, Miami Modern, and 21st-century design, harmonizing with the allure of The Shore Club Private Collection. The sunlit and spacious home boasts outdoor terraces, a custom triple-height staircase, and an infinity-edge rooftop pool with panoramic ocean views. The transformation of Shore Club Private Collection is a collaborative effort with Auberge Resorts Collection. Shore Club Private Collection, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, pays homage to Miami Beach’s Art Deco and modernism design while fostering a seamless connection to its iconic location. The development comprises 49 residences on three oceanfront acres with lush botanical gardens curated by landscape architect Nathan Browning of Island Planning Corporation.
This groundbreaking project includes The Tower, a new building, The Cromwell House, a reimagined Art Deco building, and The Beach House, a signature single-family beach house. Architecturally related yet artistically distinctive, each component maximizes vistas and light, offering a unique product in the Miami market. The interiors draw inspiration from yacht design and ocean waves and sand patterns on Miami’s coastline, a collaborative effort with Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design alongside Robert A.M. Stern Architects.
